1. How quickly will I get my products once I order?

This very much depends on the product, the quantity you have ordered, how much personalisation you require and how long it takes for the customer to approval the proofs. We will keep supplying proofs until our customer is 100% happy and this tends to be the longest part of the process. It can be made faster by making sure that you have a clear idea of what you want and explaining that idea to us just as clearly. We generally say a one week turnaround for fast jobs and up to three weeks for more complicated orders. Please note that the ability to meet deadlines is also dependent upon the client's provision of all relevant information and approval, hence why the turnaround time given is an estimate, not a guarantee.

2. If I need my wedding invitations in a hurry, can I have my order rushed?

Please contact I Will Invitations to see if it is at all possible for us to prioritise your order so that you receive it in time.
At times we may be able to do this readily, however in peak seasons where we have numerous orders, it would be necessary for us to work overtime and an extra rushed order may therefore incur extra charges.

3. Am I able to see I Will Invitations' products before ordering or visit a showroom?

I Will Invitations runs exclusively via our online boutique, although we regularly attend wedding and event expos where you may talk to staff or peruse our range.
For those who live further afield, this website allows customers to buy non-obligational samples, which are generic versions of our products. We highly recommend ordering these so you may see the quality we offer.
Please do not ask I Will Invitations for free samples or to create proofs with your details on it before ordering, as refusal may offend. We love to bend over backwards for our clients, however in this instance, our time and skills are precious and we would prefer to focus on creating the best product for our customers after they have ordered.

4. I underestimated numbers and need to order more invitations / accessories. Can I do this?

Certainly, just contact us and we will happily work it out with you. I Will Invitations keeps records of client orders and any customised artwork so that we are able to create more products for you if needed, however please be advised that we have a minimum order on some of our products, so it is advised to make sure you initally order with thoughtfulness. We have handy ordering guides on every product page to help you work out quantities.

5. Why do some products have minimum numbers or come in pack sizes?

Many of our products are customised which is quite a lengthy process, and it is often cheaper to our clients to produce products in larger quantities. We have endeavoured to keep our minimum orders small and realistic and any product with a minimum order has it displayed conveniently on the ordering page.
With our birthday products in particular, many of our products are in packs of 6, which means one for you and five of your friends. Many edible food products deal in multiples of 6 (and in particular a dozen) and it was decided that if an extra pack was needed for extra guests, 6 is infinitely cheaper and better than ordering an extra 10, which tends to be what many competitors have chosen to do.

6. I want to order invitations and then numerous other products for my event, however I won't know how many to order until the RSVPs from the invitations come in. How do I go about this?

I Will Invitations has a special set up for customers ordering invitations: their details are securely registered within the website so that if a second order occurs after the RSVP date, the website will recognise them and apply the code during checkout so that the customer receives free shipping. Please note that this is a one-off complimentary service to customers who have ordered invitations and need extra matching products. Subsequent orders will then revert back to regular shipping charges.

7. I don't know how to work out how many products I need!

On every product page we have supplied handy information you can refer to about how to work out how many products you may need. We hope that this will hope answer your question, however if you are still confused, please contact us and we will endeavour to help you out.

8. I am not sure of what I want written on my product. Do you have any wording guides?

On every product page, we have supplied wording guides you can refer to. If nothing here suffices, we are more than happy to help and likewise, an internet search will uncover many different wordings.

9. What alterations can be made to the designs?

Don't like the colour, the font, the wording or perhaps the position of something? We are very happy to keep altering our designs so that they fit in with your tastes and preferences. We can achieve and customise most things and if you can't find the answer on our website, please contact us to see if we can help you out. 10. I would like a customised design, is this possible?

We are very willing to listen to your ideas and see if we can come up with a customised design. Please try to have some ideas for us before contacting us, or some images of styles you like so that we can get an idea of the type of product you want. Although it may feel like it is helpful to give a blank canvas, some guiding thoughts are necessary to ensure our time is not wasted unnecessarily.
Ideally we would need extra time to create a customised product, and unfortunately if time is pressing due to other orders, we may not always be able to take on customised work.

Please also note that ideas are subject to copyright and I Will Invitations is unable and unwilling to create products that use another company's designs. Likewise, any design created by I Will Invitations during customisation remains our property and we reserve the right to use it where we see fit.

11. What is the best way of submitting information like guest lists or photos?

All information for customisation can be sent to: personalisations@iwillinvitations.com.au.
I Will Invitations supplies guest lists for different occasions and needs and they can be accessed here: Downloadable Guest Lists. Please ensure all spelling is exact and all names are printed how you wish to address them.
Photos can also be sent digitally, with at least a 300dpi resolution.
Alternatively, contact I Will Invitations if you would like to arrange another method of delivery, although it should be noted that I Will Invitations will not be liable for damage or loss when sent via mail and that any photos or information that need to be returned will be delivered back with the order.Please also note that I Will Invitations will be not be held responsible for variations in colour or quality of photographs in the product, or for flaws that were in the supplied image.

12. What is I Will Invitations' policy regarding personalisation of guests' names?

I Will Invitations strive to deliver a package that allows the client minimum fuss yet maximum satisfaction. That is why all items listed on the product page have a set pricing where you are given the option to either allow I Will Invitations to personalise the items for you, or to have them left blank so that you can either hire a calligrapher to do them or fill them in yourself.

13. Can I Will Invitations deliver internationally?

International customers are welcome to order and our checkout has already been configured to accept International orders. Please note that the customer will be responsible for all duties and customs charges.

14. Why do I Will Invitations only use express postage?

I Will Invitations exclusively use Australia Post's Express service as it allows both us and the client to track its progress and it means that invitations are always received in a prompt fashion, which is always beneficial when time is of the essence. We often receive orders that are urgent and express postage means you get the most time to hand out your invitations and receive a timely RSVP.

15. Can I order a gift voucher?

Gift Vouchers are available on request. Please contact I Will Invitations to purchase a gift voucher.

16. Does I Will Invitations have an eco-stationery policy?
