Creating an owl birthday party

As some may or may not be aware, it’s my daughter Imogen’s birthday coming up in a few weeks. She is mad keen on the Australian tv show ‘Giggle and Hoot’, however mum isn’t too keen on commercial licence products, so the compromise is that I designed a new range just for her.  I’m calling it ‘Owly Love’ (not to be confused with my earlier owl collection: ‘Owl Be There’…. and yes, I have a pun problem! I know this!)

Over the next few weeks I intend to show you a few teasers and maybe a tutorial or two, but first, let me show the first step… the invitations I created:
