Ordering Process

Ordering with I Will Invitations could not be easier! By following these simple recommended steps, your stationery will be delivered to your door with minimum fuss or customer time, whilst not compromising on quality….and remember that the friendly staff at I Will Invitations are always there to answer your questions or to help you any step of the way:

1. It is recommended that a no-obligation sample of the product you like is ordered so you can personally assess the quality of the item and to also see if any overall changes will need to be made if you order this product.  Please note that I Will Invitations do not send out free samples.
   


2. Once you have a good idea of what you want your stationery to be like, it’s time to come back to the website.  Don’t forget to check out our FAQ and Terms & Conditions sections and also the information provided next to the desired product. Many possible questions may be answered in this way and you may learn some hints relevant to your products.


3. If ordering from our secure website, proceed to the product page and order those items you need. When checking out, it will prompt you to include in all relevant information about each product you order.  There are even handy pop-up boxes with examples just in case you are lost for inspiration, however if there are still some sections you cannot yet answer, please let us know in the provided area that you will supply these details before final approval and they will happily be included when received. Alternatively, you may decide to contact I Will Invitations by phone or via our contact page to arrange ordering.


4. When I Will Invitations receives your order, unless otherwise specified we allow a cool off period of 24 hours and then will begin work on your order.


5. When each product you have ordered has been completed to the specifications given, we will provide a proof for you to critique via email (unless arranged alternatively). A second proof will then be sent based on your recommendations. At this stage, it will be requested that all changes are finalised and you will sign off on the work. We would also ask at this stage that if personalisation of products is needed that the handy downloadable guest list on this website is completed and sent in.


6. Work begins on your stationery items and when completed, I Will Invitations will contact you to let you know your products are packaged safely and on their way to you.
