1. Sample:It is recommended you order a no-obligation sample of the product if you are ordering so you can look at the quality and see if you would like anything changed, especially if ordering wedding invitations. Please refer to the sample section for more information on how to order sample invitations and accessories.
2. Look at the Product Features:Once you have a good idea of what you want your stationery to be like, it's time to come back to the website. The product information, the FAQ section and the Terms & Conditions sections are worth reading to answer any questions and to get hints and tips about your product.
3. Ordering:When checking out your items, it will prompt you to include in all relevant information and personalisations about each product you order.
There are even handy pop-up boxes with examples just in case you are lost for inspiration, however if there are still some sections you cannot yet answer, or you are feeling overwhelmed, that's fine, these details can be handled via email later on during the proofing section. Alternatively, you may decide to contact I Will Invitations by phone or via our contact page to arrange manual ordering. *** Please note that any orders must be completely paid for at this time. 4. Cool Off: When I Will Invitations receives your order, unless otherwise specified we allow a cool off period of 24 hours and then will begin work on your order.
5. Proofing:We will provide a proof for you to critique via email (unless otherwise arranged). A second proof will then be sent based on your recommendations. This process will continue until you are completely satisfied. At this stage, it will be requested that all changes are finalised and any personalised item details are all handed in. We will not be able to add any changes or extra details after this, so please ensure that you have all information correct to avoid disappointment.
6. Printing:Work begins on your stationery items and at completion, I Will Invitations will contact you to let you know your products are packaged safely and on their way to you.
